Get email Notification on Execution Completion

In our new release 3.1.3, you will be able to enable our email notification features. Now, you can view the email notification for all the success and failed automation status in your mail. It will help you to stay up-to-date. This process can be customized and can opt for various email id’s. It will allow you to

Overview

The email notification helps the customer to stay updated on their automation status. You can get all the updates for your success and failed automation in your provided email address. Multiple emails id can be added for getting the automation execution updates. You need to add another field for getting the email to various addresses. This process needs to be done once, and the updates to all the email addresses will be done automatically. This process needs to be done from the tenant setting tab that can be found on the home page from the profile option.

1. Click on profile from the home page of sapper.

2. Now, select “Tenant Setting” from the drop-down list of the profile.

3. Click on the required action such as, Success, Failure and Always. From this field you can select the desired option for which you want a email notification. For example, if you want to get the notification for automation success then you only need to choose success. Similarly, if you want it for failure and both, you need to select the options accordingly. Always option is for getting email notification in the both actions i.e., Success and Failure of the automation.

4. You can opt for multiple email id’s. To enable this option you need to select the add option from the right side. You can add as much as email id fields you want. You can also delete the fields by click on the cross icon.

5. After you click on the save button, the email address will be save and enable for the future automation execution.

6. After the completing of the automation you will now get the email notification in your email box. In this mail you will get details related to the name, triggered at details and status of your executed automation. You will also get the access for reports of the executed automation.
