Your works

The your works section is a part of the Sapper Jira home page. In this section you will be able to view the list of the core three actions i.e., Assigned to me, Recent and Boards. In the assigned to me section you will be able to get the issues assigned to you. In the recent section you will be able to view the recently viewed issues or projects appropriately. Besides, the boards can be also visible. You can see the recent or the all boards based on your requirement.

 

 

 

 

In the “Boards” section you will be able to get the details for all the boards along with the name of the admin and location. You can search for a specific boards or can create a new board based on your need. The option for edit or copy the details of the board can be access from the right side (…) three dot option of the particular boards. That can be used based on the requirements.

 

Jira Dashboard

The Jira Dashboard consists with the details of the different projects along with the owner name, groups and other details. This dashboard can be navigate from the home page of the Jira software. A dashboard is a visual display of all the Jira issues and projects. It helps you to provide a detailed information related to the Jira issues along with the bug fixed notification. The dashboard is also associated with the “Create Dashboard” options. This option helps you to create the dashboard based on your requirements. Jira Project page

The Jira project page is associate with the list of projects assigned in the Jira. Besides, this section is associate with the option for accessing the name of the project, key, type of the Jira issues, and assigned person name. In the Jira home page you will be also able to “Create Projects” from the top right side of the screen. You can create as much as projects needed for your business. All the projects can be view in the “Projects tab”. Also you will be able to view the list of projects in the “Dashboard”. You will also get a option for selecting the projects by choosing a specific categories from the dropdown list.

To get the categories click on the “All Jira products” category and you will be able to view a dropdown list associate with the different products of Jira. Select the required one and you will be able to get the issues and projects associated with the selected products.

 

 

You can get the specific issues and project by selecting the categories of Approval or Reject, and you will be redirect to the specific issues and project based on your requirements. Besides, you can also search for the specific issues or projects based on your requirements. It will redirect you to the specific pages. You will also get all the details associated with the issue or project in this page.

 

 

Filters for Jira

The filters for Jira is categorized in two segments i.e., View all Filters and Advanced Issue Search.

View all Filters

The all filters section for the Sapper Jira tab is associated with various fields. You will be able to get the option for search a specific issue or project from the top left side search field, you will be also get to filter the issues based on the owners name by choosing a particular issue or project owner from the list. It will help you to redirect to the issues or projects associated with the selected owner. You can also find the issues by choosing the filters of the specific projects. It will allow you to view the particular issues easily. Besides, the filters are also helpful for finding the particular issues by selecting a group. It will help you to get the issues involved with the particular group. The details of the issues can be find in a category of issue name, owner name, viewers, editors and starred by options. It will help you to access the issue data conveniently.

 

 

 

The advance issue search option helps you to get the issue details with the support of advance filters. You will be able to get the issues by selecting the open issues, reported by me, all issues, done issues, viewed, created, resolved, and update recently issues. By selecting these filters you will be able to get precise data related to the issues easily. Besides, you will also get the details by the key number, summary of the issue, assigned person name, reporter person name, status of the issue, resolution, created, updated and due date. Here you will also get the option to search the specific issues. Also, you will get the feature for choosing the issue by selecting the categories of projects, type, status, and assignee.

You can choose the issues by selecting the particular projects from the dropdown list. It will allow you to redirect to all the issues associated with the selected projects. For example, if you select “Approval Process” then you will be redirect to all the issues associated to it. This process will help you to get the particular details of the issues effectively.

 

 

The issues can be also access by selecting the issue types. All the issue types are associated with a specific color. You can choose the type of the issue from the dropdown list, and it will help you to redirect to the issues associated with the particular type of issues. For example here we have selected “Bug” as a issue type and you will be redirect to all the issues that is involve with “Bug” type of issues with a detailed information.

 

 

 

You will also get the feature of getting the issues based on the status of the issues, the status can be Accepted, Acceptance Review, Approved and so on. You need to select the particular status type for issues to redirect in the particular page. In this scenario we have selected “Accepted” as a status, and you will be redirect all the issues associated with this status.

 

 

 

Similarly you can get the issues based on the groups, that can be selected from the dropdown list and it will redirect you to all the issues associated with the specific group.

 

 

You can also access the issues by choosing the other options. It can be selected from the more option. For more advance search you can switch to the JQL. Besides, you will be able to get the option for exporting the issues details based on your requirements. You will also get the option for sharing the details of the issues, which will help you to get the information appropriately. The details can also be view in the Google sheet that will help you to get the issue detailed in a systematic manner.

 

 

People page for Jira

In the people page of the Jira, you will be able to get two options i.e., Invite a Teammate and Start a Team. This section will help you to share the details among the team members based on your requirements.

If you want to invite a team member, you need to click on the option and a new form will be open on the screen. Provide the details of the team member and click on invite. A new team can be start by selecting the option of “Start a new team”, and a new form will be open on the screen. Provide the details and invite people by providing the mail id and click on the start team to create it successfully.
