All the possible tasks that an application can perform, are listed in a drop-down menu. You can opt for the desired task based on your automation and integration needs. For the scenario when the particular action is not mentioned in the drop-down menu, you can create a custom action. You can also add formulas based on your needs.

Transformation
Dataslots contain the output of previous actions that can be used in further task nodes. The Data in the dataslots furthermore can be transformed into a specific type or format. Data from a single app or source may not be usable for other apps or sources. In such cases, data transformation is important to perform tasks and provide the correct format of data as per the desired sources. This can be done using transformation formulas.
There are two modes in which data can be fed into the input fields- text mode and formula mode. In text mode, texts can be fed into the input fields without changing the format. In Formula mode, the text needs to be completely formatted to be accepted in the input fields.
Monitoring and Reporting
Our reports tab lists all the automation’s execution summary reports with the details.
Sapper provides the details about the flow of execution of particular automation i.e., data flow and the steps executed throughout the automation.
Also, it shows the success and failed reports for all the automation in a tabular format along with the appropriate description.
