Get Customer Support for Reporting

Introduction

The reports tab consists of all the automation’s execution summary reports with the details. The details consist of a holistic view of the flow execution of particular automation i.e., data flow and the steps executed throughout the automation.

The reports tab is categorized into two types i.e., My Report and All Customer.

Overview

My Report

My report tab will help you to view only the automation reports related to the Sapper tenant. This tab consists of automation name, version, trigger type, status, execution start time, elapsed time, and actions to view the details related to all the sapper automation. This tab provides a search and filter option.

It will allow you to search the specific automation by considering a particular trigger type and status. You can also save the detailed automation report by choosing the download logs option from the actions field for future requirements. In the actions field you will also get the option for task details of the automation.

Automation Name

Provide the name of the automation.

Select the status of the automation.

In this field you will get the details for execution start time along with date for the automation.

In this field the elapsed time of the automation will be mentioned. The elapsed time is the actual time taken for perform the automation.

All Customer

All customer tab will help you to view the reports related to only the customers. This tab consists of customer name, automation name, version, trigger type, status, execution start time, elapsed time, and actions to view the details related to the automation associated with a specific customer.

Besides, you will get the option to search the specific automation associated with a particular customer by selecting trigger type and status. You can also save the detailed automation report by choosing the download option from the actions field . In the actions field you will also get the option for task details of the automation.

The task details section helps you to get the depth information related to that particular task. This section consists with the task name, task type, success count, failed count, elapsed time, data size and record processed. In the task name and task type field you will also get the filter option for finding the required task easily.
