Introduction

The tenant tab is consists of the account details, data sets, custom branding, and variables support information. The Sapper tenant tab provides security and privacy for your account’s details. We make sure all the data are secure with us.

 

Data Set

The frequently accessed information or the data can be saved within the Sapper environment through the data set. Can add data manually or can simply import a CSV file. It will allow eliminating the repetitive process of feeding data.

You can use the data in this data set in Sapper's automation using lookup formulas.

How to use Data Set

  1. To upload the data set, click on the data set option from the account menu.

  2. The following page will appear on the screen, can upload either manually or import data set

    .

  3. To upload the data set, click on the import data set button and select the preferred location of the CSV file.

  4. For manual process, click on create data set. Provide the name, a dataset name can be from one to a series of twenty-two joined name segments combine with various alphabets. Now, provide a brief description about the dataset. Add a header A header necessarily stores the names or headings for each of the columns. It helps you to identify the role of the respective column in the data frame.

  5. Click on the add button to create more headers and save the details

     

  6. Once created, can view all the saved data set and modify them by clicking the data set.

     


Custom Branding

You can customize the overall appearance of your software with the help of our functionality: custom branding. It allows to effortlessly apply themes, color schemes, and even logos. 

How to use Custom Branding

  1. To apply themes, need to click on the account menu. Click on the option called "Theme Customization" as shown in the below image.

  2. Now the following theme option pop-up box will appear on the screen.

  3. Here, you can customize a theme of your choice.

  4. Need to provide a name to the theme and click on the color box. The chosen color will be applied to the header, footer, text, and button colors.

  5. You can also change the color scheme for the header, footer, text, and button colors. Click on the logo or favicon button to upload the logo/icon as per the requirement and click on the save theme to complete the action.

  6. You can also apply the default color without removing or editing the theme by using the "Use default color scheme" button.

  7. You can easily switch, edit or delete themes by clicking on the check, edit and delete button.

 

Variable Support

The term variable support consists of a series of elements that are useful for conducting the automation. Can assign a value to the particular variable as per your specific requirements. The core advantage of variable support is that it help’s to get rid of repeated data entry during your future automation. With the help of variable support, they can save the data for a single time and can utilize it for multiple events as per the requirement.
