Get Detailed Usage Metrics

Introduction

Your usage metrics report is a presentation of detailed information associated with the measurements of the amount of usage for the specific subscriptions, downloads, and page views. Detailed usage metrics allow you to ensure that you are getting the right insights into your execution activities.

In the detailed usage metrics, you will get accurate information related to the total count of automation, connection, and task Execution. It is helpful for you to get the exact details of each aspect appropriately.

Overview

Usage Metrics

The usage metrics are associated with the sapper admin and general dashboard. It’s a visual workspace that helps represent a detailed usage of the executed application, automation, connections, and task. The usage metrics can be viewed from the bottom left of the dashboard tab.

You can view the usage metric in a graphical presentation mode. It further consists of crucial data charts with detailed information to ensure a better understanding for you. In the usage metrics tab, you will be able to view the top 5 application details, usage, and subscription statistics based on the period of execution. Here you can also view the data from the past period.

The usage metrics also allow you to give a view of the active/inactive status of the automation, the draft/active status of the connections can be also visible here. Besides, you will be also able to access the details related to the completion and failure of automation execution along with the detailed task usage reports. You will be also able to view details of the record processing associated with the dashboard.

In this release of 3.1.3, we have added features for accessing the detailed usage metrics based on your specific required month and date. You are also allowed to customize a particular period, for viewing the metrics.

 

Steps to use Usage Metrics

  1. Click on the Dashboard tab from the sapper automation home.

2. Now, click on the usage statistics to check the usage percentage for the task limit and task execution.

 

 

3. You will be also able to view the subscription period statistics from here, by clicking on the pie chart. The subscription period and consumption can be viewed with an exact percentage.

 

 

 

4. You will be able to visit the detailed usage metrics for the top 5 applications from the right side of the dashboard tab.
