Connection templates and Marketplace submission flow
Introduction
The connection templates are the pre-built connections that can be used for automation. These templates are helpful for the user to simplify their automation development process. On the other hand, the marketplace submission flow is associated with the process of connection submission to approval.
Overview
Support for connection templates
The connection templates are created for the native apps. You can get the connection templates for each new and existing native app. You will also opt for the custom action option based on your requirements. We also allow you to choose your customize field based on your wish. You will get a single template for each native app. However, we are continuously working for providing multiple templates for you to ensure a better experience. This connection template will be associated with the Rest Oauth2.0 connection type. You will get the hostname, authentication code, and credential details from our backend team after you opt for the specific Native App.

Steps to use connection templates
Click on the marketplace tab and search for the desired native app.
2. Select the native app and click on the edit option. For example, here we have selected the BambooHR application and by clicking on edit you can explore the connection templates for this specific app.
3. Now you can find the connection template from the top right side of the screen.
4. After you select the connection template the from will appear on the screen. Fill out the form and save it for further use. You can opt for the required details from the backend team.
Marketplace submission flow
The marketplace submission flow can be defined as a detailed analysis report of the entire marketplace activities. It includes publishing connections and native applications in the marketplace. While conducting this process of publishing connection and native app you will need approval from the marketplace admin. Only, after the approval of the publish the connection or the native app will be visible to everyone on the marketplace. Besides the marketplace submission flow can be categorized in two aspects i.e., the Submitted Application list and the Submitted Automation List.
Kindly note only the approved automation by the admin can be viewed on the marketplace.
Submitted application List
You can visit the list of published applications and actions on this tab of marketplace. It will be helpful for you to analysis the details of the published application appropriately. You are also allowed to cancel and view the actions as per your requirements. Further, the status and modification on the versions can viewed by you.
In this tab you can view the details of the applications such as, the user name, application name, comment by reviewer, connection template, status, version and action. It will allow you to conduct a detailed analysis.

Steps to view submitted application list
Click on the submitted application list from the top right option of the marketplace tab
2. The detailed list of the submitted application will appear on the screen. Here, you can check for the detailed information of the application from here and can opt for the cancel or show action for the specific application. Besides, you can also view the old applications details by visiting earlier list.
Submitted automation List
You can check the list of published automation from the see marketplace automation list. In this tab you can cancel and view the automation based on your requirement. Besides, you can also check for the status and versions of the listed automation from this tab of the marketplace .

Steps to view submitted automation list
Click on the see marketplace automation list from the right side of the marketplace screen.
2. The form will be appear on the screen. Now, you can check for the detailed information related to the submitted automation from here. You can check for the name and description of the automation, which application has been used for developing this automation, version number, publisher details and option for installation.
3. To save the automation you need to click on Install and the popup will be appear on the screen. Click on yes to download the automation on your system.
