Sapper admin dashboard allows you to envision real-time data of the automation and connections, in your Sapper account at a glance. It provides key insights, analytics, and actions so you can locate and resolve issues quickly.
This section will refer to the detailed information related to Dashboard including the customer support information delivered by Sapper.
Every detail of the sapper tenant will be visible in the dashboard section. It includes the connections list, automation list, automation executions, task executions, and the record processed list. Besides, the list of customer, usage, and subscription period statistics will be also available here. You can also get the details related to the applications execution based on the time period.

The admin dashboard is similar to the general dashboard. It consists of all the sapper tenant information. That includes customer details, automation and execution information, record processed features and connection related elements. The admin dashboard allow you to view the specific list of automations and connection executions associated with the particular customers.
Now you can view the automation and task execution list by date (1 day, 7 days, 30 days & custom range).
You can also get the details for failed/completed list of task and automation execution list on graph bar. It will then redirect you to report page with filter date and status.
You can view the application execution by date (1 day, 7 days, 30 days & custom range).
Besides, the task type will be also represented by considering (Core apps, and Native apps). Now, you will be also able to view the details for the application execution for the specific application with a percentage. For example, if you have select the Sumtotal application from the dashboard, then you will be able view the percentage of execution done from it. Here, the execution percentage is 87.3%.
The automation count will be represent in a pie chart by considering (active and Inactive) status.
For visiting the active or inactive status click on the automation listing page for redirect the automation listing page by using the filter of active/inactive.
The connection count will represent one pie chart by considering (active and draft) status.
For visiting the active or inactive status, you need to redirect to the connection listing page with the filter of active/draft status.
The connection count for the automation execution will be visible one the chart by considering (success, failed, running, and trigger type count).
The usage statistics for the task limit and execution will be visible on the pie chart in the general and admin dashboard. Now, you will be able to see the specific statistic for task executed and limit.
The subscription period and usage on it will be now visible to a pie chart in the dashboard. Here you will get a detailed statistics for the subscription period statistics with the accurate date and time. These information's will be represent in a start and end date.
The task execution history collection tab will help you to store the dashboard information in a database. You have the option to store the data as per task execution record/size information. This process can be done by putting the filters for the particular requirements. You can also view the data size (in bytes) by using the filter in the pie chart. you can also understand the particular data size (in bytes) statistics for a specific tasks from the pie chart.
The customer listing table for the admin dashboard will represent details for the automation and connection associated with the particular customer. It will also provide a detailed representation of domain, automation and task execution, record processed and status of the specific automation and connection of the customer.
