Getting Started
Is there any demo/sample on how to create automation and connection? How can I get started?
A few demos are provided on Automated Workflows , and Examples for wide understanding. Additionally, step-by-step examples are available on all the pages of the documentation.

What browsers do you support?
We support the following browsers - Edge, Chrome, Brave, and Firefox.
Which devices are supported?
We support all the type of desktops
How frequently updates will happen?
Tentatively, We roll out the updates on a quarterly basis, though urgent patches may be made available as per the requirement.
Usage
How can I figure out which automation is successfully executed?
You can check that on Dashboard and Reports, it contains all such data regarding automation, execution, errors, etc.
Can I use a single connection again? Are there any restrictions on it?
You can use connections again in different or same automation, there are no restrictions.
What databases do you currently support?
Snowflake, Oracle, and My SQL.
Can I connect to a database on my local server?
Yes
How do I schedule my automation?
You can schedule automation through schedule task in How to use Triggers?
What happens if I don’t add the endpoint to automation?
The execution will fail without an endpoint. Make sure you add it before executing it.
Where is my data stored?
Sapper does not store your data. Data is kept wherever you opt for.
How many tasks/how much data/what limits are there on the platform?
There’s no such limit.
Can I open multiple connections at the same time?
Yes! you can open them in separate tabs.
How frequently does the dashboard statistics are updated?
All the data is updated in real-time.
Where are my saved automations?
All your automations are present in the automation tab
How do I log out?
Go to accounts and click on the logout button.

What shall I do if the automation runs successfully but still I face some issues?

Why am I unable to see the recently created automation?
You can refresh the page or simply clear the cache memory of your browser from the setting and you would be able to see the recent automations.
My automation’s status is triggered, is it successfully executed?
No, only the successful execution is marked as successful, kindly check the logs to see the errors.
